Creating Publishers
Account Setup and Dashboard Tour
Before you can create ad placements and campaigns, you’ll need to understand the navigation tree inside AdButler and create your first Publisher. This section will guide you through the setup process and provide a quick tour of the dashboard.
Understanding the Navigation Tree
AdButler organizes everything in a hierarchical structure for clarity and control:
Publisher → Zones
- A Publisher represents a website, app, or platform where ads will be displayed.
- Zones are specific ad slots or placements under that publisher.
Advertiser → Campaign → Ad Items (Creatives)
- An Advertiser is the brand, product, or client whose ads you’re serving.
- A Campaign groups together ad items with common targeting and delivery rules.
- Ad Items (or creatives) are the actual ads—images, videos, or third-party tags.
