How to update your billing information

We highly appreciate that you keep your billing information up to date. It allows us to contact you if there are any questions or concerns regarding your account. This is also a great way of securing your account. Whether you need to update your billing address or your credit card information, this guide will explain the steps required to update your information.

Updating your profile and billing information

  1. Log into your admin account at
  2. Click on Settings at the bottom of the left navigation menu. The Settings page will appear.

  1. Click on Billing & Invoices. The Billing & Invoices section will appear.
  2. Click Edit to make the fields editable.

  1. Make the necessary changes then click Update. Your updated information will immediately be reflected in your account.
