Administrator credentials

The Administrator account was created when you signed up for AdButler. It has access to and control of all aspects of your AdButler account. You cannot create additional Administrator accounts, but you can change the email address and password associated with the Administrator.

Changing the Administrator account email

  1. While logged in as the Administrator, click on Settings at the bottom of the left navigation menu. The Settings page will appear.
  2. Click on Account. The Account section will appear.

  1. Under the Personal tab, enter the new email address and the account password in their corresponding fields.
  2. Click Request Email Update.
  3. Check the inbox of the new email account for a confirmation message. Click on the verification link in the message to approve the change.

Whenever you change the account email address, we recommend changing the password as well.

Changing the Administrator account password

  1. While logged in as the current Administrator, click on Settings at the bottom of the left navigation menu. The Settings page will appear.
  2. Click on Account. The Account section will appear.
  3. Click Security to go to the Security tab.
  4. Enter the old and new passwords in their corresponding fields.
  5. Click Update Password.
