Submit an upgrade request

As our pricing is based on ad requests, sometimes you'll need to either upgrade or downgrade your subscription based on your ad request levels. Below we've outlined the steps required to submit both an upgrade or downgrade request to our support team.

How to submit the request

  1. Log into Sparklit.com and navigate to your My Account page.
  2. Under Billing Options, click on "Active Subscriptions".
  3. Click on "Upgrade Subscription" next to the AdButler account you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
  4. Complete the form and click on "Request Upgrade".

Your account will be upgraded within one business day, and you will be notified via email once your account has been upgraded or downgraded.

Please note: You must submit an upgrade or downgrade request prior to the end of your billing cycle for the request to be honored for that month.
